Please ensure that all books remain in their original, pristine condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our curation team via email with your order number and the title of the illustrated book you wish to return.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully wrap the book in its original protective sleeve and sturdy cardboard mailer to prevent any corner damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our bibliophiles inspect the returned volume, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
