How do you ensure the books aren't damaged during shipping?
We take great care in our packaging process. Each illustrated book is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, secured in bubble wrap, and shipped in heavy-duty, double-walled cardboard boxes to prevent corner dings and spine damage.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our beautiful editions to book lovers worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the order.
What is your return policy for limited edition books?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items. To be eligible for a full refund, books must be returned in their original, unopened shrink-wrap and pristine condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
Are the illustrations printed on high-quality paper?
Absolutely. We specialize in editions that use premium, high-gsm archival paper to ensure that the colors remain vibrant and the ink does not bleed, providing a museum-quality viewing experience on every page.
